In God There Is No Pride

Pope Benedict XVI's Sunday Angelus Message for 9/12/12

"God’s logic is always “other” with respect to our own, as God Himself revealed through the mouth of the prophet Isaiah: “For my thoughts are not your thoughts / nor are your ways my ways” (Is 55:8)."
"For this reason, following the Lord requires of every person a profound conversion, a change in his or her way of thinking and living, it requires an opening of the heart to listen, in order to allow oneself to be enlightened and interiorly transformed."
"A key point in which God and man are different is pride: In God, there is no pride, because He is absolute fullness, and is completely given to love and to give life; in us, on the other hand, pride is deeply rooted and requires constant vigilance and purification. We, who are little, desire to appear great, to be the first, while God, who is truly great, does not fear to humble Himself and make Himself the last. The Virgin Mary is perfectly “in tune” with God: Let us invoke her with confidence, that she might teach us to faithfully follow Jesus along the way of love and humility."

Father Jim Chern on Archbishop Myers' Letter

Father posted this to Facebook and with his permission, I repost it here.  This should be required reading by the media ---those who call Cafeteria Catholic politicians "devout" simply because they were baptized into the faith. You know the type. "The good senator, a devout Catholic, points to the teaching of the Vatican on abortion and decries it as behind the times at best and an assault on women at worse..."
Good job, Father Jim.

By Fr Jim Chern
Just sent to the Star Ledger:

To The Editor:

Star Ledger Editorial logic:

Archbishop Myers is inserting himself in Presidential election because he’s instructing Catholics on faith and morals by issuing a letter explaining consistent Catholic (and a vast majority of mainline Judeo-Christian) teaching on Marriage and Life.

Meanwhile, the “Nuns on the bus” (at last count there were only 2 out of 57,000 nuns in the United States on the bus) is not political at all– even though Sister Simone Campbell one of the “traveling sisters” spoke at the Democratic National Convention and has criticized Republicans on issues not related to faith or morals. Why? Simply because the Star Ledger says so. The crack journalists of this once-great paper try to portray the “nuns on the bus” akin to Mother Teresa’s sisters caring for the poor, ignoring how they shuttle around the country on a luxury bus making what appears campaign stops.

This couldn’t have anything to do with this paper’s bias against Catholic teaching not aligning towards the editorial board's obvious political leanings could it?

Who Is Jesus?

Father Barron does his usual excellent job of answering :)

Shall We Pray?

This is a prayer written by Father Francis A. Wisniewski, C.S.V., taken from my well-worn little book of Catholic Devotionals. I feel that it is timely, relevant and vital for these times. Please join me in petitioning God our Father in Prayer.

"Prayer For Our Times"

In a selfish world that seeks to destroy You O Lord, and in a world mounted with false gods and false pyramids of pleasure, we seek You O Lord, with a loving and sincere heart.

In a listless world that has lost its divine beat and pulsates erratically with hate, envy and jealousy, greed and every type of crime, we listen for the comforting words You uttered  to a little girl when You took her by the hand and said "Telitha Koum" ~ Little girl, rise.

In a faithless world we strive to touch the hem of Your garment and our reach is not long enough it seems. Our courage is hardly reflective of Your undying loyalty and love for us. In a blind world we search the walls and wells of time for at least some small penetrating light to restore our faith in You O Lord, and to leave all things directed to Almighty God.

In a musty and ill-smelling world sunken very low in the foul odors of our sexually obsessed society, we look to You O Lord for relief from filth and corruption, to make our senses wholly responsive to the Divine Banquet and the Last Supper in reparation for our sins and the sins of others. The Last Supper became the beginning of our frequent covenant with You O Lord in the incensation of the oblation by the angels themselves and in the Divine-Human harmony.

In a deaf, indifferent and unconcerned world O Lord, grant us the hearing of the Holy Word and  never close the Holy Words to us. We hope to share in Your life, in Your peace, in Your justice that we remain always in perfect accord with You. May the deep springs of grace issue forth  the gifts and the fruits of the Holy Spirit so that we too may be filled with Divine Love and with Divine compassion. We ask this through Our Lord Jesus Christ, who dwells in eternity with the Father and The Holy Spirit, One God, now and forever, Amen.

Day 3 - 40 Days For Life - Devotional

Let us all pray for God's gift of strength as we work to protect human life during these 40 Days for Life.

Scripture:

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

NEWARK'S ARCHBISHOP MYERS CALLS FOR CATHOLIC POLITICIANS WHO OPPOSE CHURCH TEACHING TO REFRAIN FROM THE EUCHARIST

The good archbishop said that those politicians who are pro-homosexual "marriages" should, “in all honesty and humility refrain from receiving Holy Communion.” He further said that “to continue to receive Holy Communion while so dissenting would be objectively dishonest.”

Archbishop John J Myers

Of course, he realizes that there ARE those who struggle--sometimes unsuccessfully--against sin, and then there are those who adamantly and quite willingly oppose Church teaching.

He said: “there is a difference between trying to live the whole Gospel while repenting of failures along the way, and not even trying. Worse still is the attempt by some to alter or pervert the authentic teaching of the Church, which is the true teaching of Christ.”

Myers wrote a SIXTEEN PAGE letter on marriage and family and you can read more about it here:

http://www.marriageuniqueforareason.org/2012/09/27/when-two-become-one-new-pastoral-letter-on-marriage-from-newarks-archbishop-myers/

I applaud the archbishop for his courage and insight. He's getting royally slammed by the usual suspects who don't understand that refraining from the Eucharist is NOT a punishment---it is a pastoral and medicinal spiritual remedy for the sin-sick soul. Of course, I don't expect the "GLBT--add your own lettter here" community to have the intellectual capacity to grow beyond their own prejudices and to actually understand that concept. I am never disappointed by them because I don't expect anything remotely like that.

TODAY IN NYC: Andres Serrano's "P** Christ"

I will not blaspheme by using the actual title that Andres Serrano bestowed upon this sacrilege. For those who are not familiar: Serrano urinated into a jar, submerged a crucifix into it and called it art (sometime in the '80's.) The photograph of this disgrace will be on display in Manhattan TODAY.

THE DEMISE OF FINE "ART"

When did "fine art" decline so drastically? Where are all the protests over this atrocity? This jar of urine photography is actually scheduled to be shown SMACK in the middle of Manhattan at the Edward Tyler Nahem gallery TODAY.  How did this outrage creep up so quietly?

What a tragedy to live in a society so lost it finds "art" in something so vulgar, so contemptible. An Edward Tyler Nahem gallery press release states:
"P** Christ is a potent work that engages the viewer on both a visual and intellectual level."

Huh? Visually it's beyond repulsive. Intellectually . . . hmmm. Maybe it does engage me. Yes . . . it engages me to imagine that Serrano came home intoxicated one night with a friend. He couldn't make it to the bathroom and so urinated into a jar. In a drunken stupor he submerged a crucifix into it and laughingly called it "artwork." Before falling into a drunken sleep his friend bet him he could actually pass this piece of garbage off as "fine art." The next day when they woke up they decided to photograph it and shop it to see if they could actually find somebody this stupid. Yes. My intellect tells me this is far more plausable than the purposeful creation of this piece of garbage.

The French didn't take it very well either!
According to Huff Post:
"Last year, the controversial photograph of a cross submerged in the artist's urine was damaged by Christian protestors in France, who attacked the work with hammers. In this current political climate, where riots happen when certain films are shown, gallery owners are taking security seriously, although they might be reluctant to show it." THE ICING ON THE CAKE:

Only a day or two ago President Obama said,  "The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam. But to be credible, those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see and the images of Jesus Christ that are desecrated or churches that are destroyed. Or the Holocaust that is denied."  WELL?? WELL????

I implore you.  Bill Donahue has organized a protest at the gallery. Please make your voice heard by joining him if you are in the NYC area. You may also call or e-mail them:

Boy-oh-boy! Bill Donahue can rant like it's nobodys business.
This is his video response to P*** Christ.
(WARNING: You may find his conclusion to be either offensive . . . or funny.)

Just a final thought: Even when protesting an atrocity such as this, I strive to remain mindful that Andres Serrano is also a child of God! Please - say a prayer for his enlightenment and salvation.

MISGUIDED CATHOLICS

ABSOLUTELY UNREAL

As a new catechism teacher myself, I find it absolutely ludicrous that a catechist would have a problem with being asked to teach the Faith correctly!! Yet this is exactly what happened when the catechists of the Diocese of Arlington, VA. were asked to sign a simple document promising to teach what the Catholic Church teaches.  As ridiculous as this sounds many of them freaked out.

This state of political correctness - even to the point of watering down our Faith and teaching it improperly - is utter nonsense. What exactly would happen if our public school teachers decided to teach their own versions of reading, writing and 'rithmatic? Of course, this would be unacceptable. Why then would anyone expect (even demand) that the Catholic Church do so? Does any other religion water down their Faith to make it acceptable to secular society?

I am thrilled that those who insisted upon improperly catechising have resigned! And kudos to the Diocese of Arlington for staying true to the Faith. May God richly bless them and give them the strength  and the guidance to continue on in this earthly spiritual battle. Amen.

This is our Holy Father, speaking to us.  Pray that we have the example of faithful bishops to lead us to this most important election in the US.

"It is imperative that the entire Catholic community in the United States come to realize the
grave threats to the Church’s public moral witness presented by a radical secularism which finds increasing expression in the political and cultural spheres. The seriousness of these threats needs to be clearly appreciated at every level of ecclesial life. Of particular concern are certain attempts being made to limit that most cherished of American freedoms, the freedom of religion."

Chaplet of Divine Mercy In Song

Our Lord told Sister Faustina to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet for people who were dying and for all people in order to bring about a conversion to Christ. He does not want any soul to lost as He created us for Himself.

With the way the world is today, we need to also do a Divine Mercy Chaplet each and every day for the conversion of poor sinners.

This song is from EWTN and is one of the most beautiful songs for the Divine Mercy Chaplet I have ever heard. And always remember, just trust in Jesus and tell Him each day, "Jesus, I Trust In You".

Kill Your Baby For Free Day

Yesterday in Orlando Florida a late-term abortionist offered a 'free baby-killing day' for pregnant women who were scared, anxious or resentful of their pregnancy. The women were lined up at the clinic and dozens of babies were literally massacred. How can anyone do something like this to those poor, innocent human beings that did nothing but be conceived in the womb of the mother who is supposed to be their natural protector. I burst in to tears.

The story was found on pewsitters.com and was an article written by Jennifer LeClare of Charisma News. http://www.charismanews.com/opinion/34176-kill-your-baby-for-free-day-sees-dozens-slaughtered

This is something that doesn't appear in the news. Why would it? Most people who run the news services are liberal as can be and want people to kill their unborn child. Why? I have no idea. It just shows the culture of death John Paul II spoke of that we are living in.

What people do not understand or want to believe or refuse to believe is that God will punish us and every other nation who allows this atrocity to go on. How can people be for the innocent slaughter of the unborn and then cry their eyes out when a murderer is executed? I don't understand.

Catholics are part of the problem. They, too, believe it should be ok for a woman to choose abortion if she so chooses. They deliberately go against Church teaching in favor of this immoral act, which takes care of other immoral acts - sex outside of marriage. Recreational sex. And it has spilled over to little children who are being murdered by both parents for whatever reason at an alarming rate. What was it Jesus said about harming a child?

There is a global prayer movement being formed to defeat the evil of abortion. It's just one rosary a day to end abortion. We pro-lifers need to do this. Including non-Catholics. We need to storm heaven for prayers to save an unborn child a day for each person who prays the rosary. There is a rosary available, too, that honors the unborn. You can find information for this movement at http://www.onerosaryaday.org/.

Join me and others today, to save an unborn child a day and for abortion to end. Ora Pro Nobis Maria.

Our Lady of Sorrows

Our Lady of Sorrows
"I Will Visibly Help Them at the moment of their death, they will see the face of their Mother."

The Blessed Virgin Mary revealed to St. Bridget of Sweden (1303-1373) that seven graces are granted to the souls who honor her daily by saying seven Hail Mary's and meditating on her tears and dolors.

 1) I will grant peace to their families.

 2) They will be enlightened about the divine mysteries.

3) I will console them in their pain and accompany them in their work.

4) I will give them as much as they ask for as long as it does not oppose the adorable will of my divine Son or the sanctification of their souls.

5) I will defend them in their spiritual battles with the infernal enemy and I will protect them at every instant of their lives.

6) I will visibly help them at the moment of their death, they will see the face of their Mother.

7) I have obtained (This Grace) from my divine Son, that those who propagate this devotion to my tears and dolors, will be taken directly from this earthly life to eternal happiness since all their sins will be forgiven and my Son and I will be their eternal consolation and joy.

Prayer in Honor of the Seven Sorrows
of the Blessed Virgin Mary

SEVEN SORROWS

1. The prophecy of Simeon. (St. Luke 2: 34, 35)
2. The flight into Egypt. (St. Matthew 2:13-14)
3. The loss of the Child Jesus in the temple. (St. Luke 3: 43-45)
4. The meeting of Jesus and Mary on the Way of the Cross.
5. The Crucifixion.
6. The taking down of the Body of Jesus from the Cross.
7. The burial of Jesus.

Say one Ave Maria (Hail Mary)

1. The prophecy of Simeon: "And Simeon blessed them, and said to Mary his mother: Behold this child is set for the fall and for the resurrection of many in Israel, and for a sign which shall be contradicted; And thy own soul a sword shall pierce, that out of many hearts thoughts may be revealed." – Luke II, 34-35.

Meditation: How great was the shock to Mary's Heart at hearing the sorrowful words, in which holy Simeon told the bitter Passion and death of her sweet Jesus, since in that same moment she realized in her mind all the insults, blows, and torments which the impious men were to offer to the Redeemer of the world. But a still sharper sword pierced her soul. It was the thought of men's ingratitude to her beloved Son. Now consider that because of your sins you are unhappily among the ungrateful.

Say one Ave Maria (Hail Mary)

2. The flight into Egypt:
"And after they (the wise men) were departed, behold an angel of the Lord appeared in sleep to Joseph, saying: Arise and take the child and His mother and fly into Egypt: and be there until I shall tell thee. For it will come to pass that Herod will seek the child to destroy Him. Who arose and took the child and His mother by night, and retired into Egypt: and He was there until the death of Herod." – Matt. II, 13-14.

Meditation: Consider the sharp sorrow which Mary felt when, St. Joseph being warned by an angel, she had to flee by night in order to preserve her beloved Child from the slaughter decreed by Herod. What anguish was hers, in leaving Judea, lest she should be overtaken by the soldiers of the cruel king! How great her privations in that long journey! What sufferings she bore in that land of exile, what sorrow amid that people given to idolatry! But consider how often you have renewed that bitter grief of Mary, when your sins have caused her Son to flee from your heart.

Say one Ave Maria (Hail Mary)

3. The loss of the Child Jesus in the temple:
"And having fulfilled the days, when they returned, the Child Jesus remained in Jerusalem; and His parents knew it not. And thinking that he was in the company, they came a day's journey, and sought him among their kinsfolk and acquaintance. And not finding Him, they returned into Jerusalem, seeking Him." Luke II, 43-45.

Meditation: How dread was the grief of Mary, when she saw that she had lost her beloved Son! And as if to increase her sorrow, when she sought Him diligently among her kinsfolk and acquaintance, she could hear no tidings of Him. No hindrances stayed her, nor weariness, nor danger; but she forthwith returned to Jerusalem, and for three long days sought Him sorrowing. Great be your confusion, O my soul, who has so often lost your Jesus by your sins, and has given no heed to seek Him at once, a sign that you make very little or no account of the precious treasure of divine love.

Say one Ave Maria (Hail Mary)

4. The meeting of Jesus and Mary on the Way of the Cross:
"And there followed Him a great multitude of people, and of women, who bewailed and lamented Him." – Luke XXIII, 27.

Meditation: Come, O ye sinners, come and see if ye can endure so sad a sight. This Mother, so tender and loving, meets her beloved Son, meets Him amid an impious rabble, who drag Him to a cruel death, wounded, torn by stripes, crowned with thorns, streaming with blood, bearing His heavy cross. Ah, consider, my soul, the grief of the blessed Virgin thus beholding her Son! Who would not weep at seeing this Mother's grief? But who has been the cause of such woe? I, it is I, who with my sins have so cruelly wounded the heart of my sorrowing Mother! And yet I am not moved; I am as a stone, when my heart should break because of my ingratitude.

Say one Ave Maria (Hail Mary)

5. The Crucifixion:
"They crucified Him. Now there stood by the cross of Jesus, His Mother. When Jesus therefore had seen His Mother and the disciple standing whom he loved, He saith to His Mother: Woman: behold thy son. After that he saith to the disciple: Behold thy Mother." – John XIX, l8-25-27.

Meditation: Look, devout soul, look to Calvary, whereon are raised two altars of sacrifice, one on the body of Jesus, the other on the heart of Mary. Sad is the sight of that dear Mother drowned in a sea of woe, seeing her beloved Son, part of her very self, cruelly nailed to the shameful tree of the cross. Ah me! how every blow of the hammer, how every stripe which fell on the Saviour's form, fell also on the disconsolate spirit of the Virgin. As she stood at the foot of the cross, pierced by the sword of sorrow, she turned her eyes on Him, until she knew that He lived no longer and had resigned His spirit to His Eternal Father. Then her own soul was like to have left the body and joined itself to that of Jesus.

Say one Ave Maria (Hail Mary)

6. The taking down of the Body of Jesus from the Cross:
"Joseph of Arimathea, a noble counselor, came and went in boldly to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. And Joseph buying fine linen, and taking Him down, wrapped Him up in the fine linen." – Mark XV, 43-46.

Meditation: Consider the most bitter sorrow which rent the soul of Mary, when she saw the dead body of her dear Jesus on her knees, covered with blood, all torn with deep wounds. O mournful Mother, a bundle of myrrh, indeed, is thy Beloved to thee. Who would not pity thee? Whose heart would not be softened, seeing affliction which would move a stone? Behold John not to be comforted, Magdalen and the other Mary in deep affliction, and Nicodemus, who can scarcely bear his sorrow.

Say one Ave Maria (Hail Mary)

7. The burial of Jesus:
"Now there was in the place where He was crucified, a garden; and in the garden a new sepulcher, wherein no man yet had been laid. There, therefore, because of the parasceve of the Jews, they laid Jesus, because the sepulcher was nigh at hand." John XIX, 41-42.

Meditation: Consider the sighs which burst from Mary's sad heart when she saw her beloved Jesus laid within the tomb. What grief was hers when she saw the stone lifted to cover that sacred tomb! She gazed a last time on the lifeless body of her Son, and could scarce detach her eyes from those gaping wounds. And when the great stone was rolled to the door of the sepulcher, oh, then indeed her heart seemed torn from her body!

Say one Ave Maria (Hail Mary)

The Key to Everything in Life . . .

Can be Found in the Prayer of St. Francis!

Anniversary of 9/11

"I will sing to the Lord all my life,
make music to my God while I live.
May my thoughts be pleasing to Him.
I find my joy in the Lord.
Bless the Lord, my soul."
Psalm 104:33

How To Save Your Soul

Spiritual Nourishment

We feed our body several times a day - and yet most of the time we neglect to feed our spirit. How much more important is our eternal soul than our body which sooner or later will pass away? When we neglect spiritual nourishment we stagnate, wither or even worse:  become blind to Truth and suffer spiritual death.

In addition to receiving the Holy Eucharist as often as possible - we obtain spiritual sustenance from God's Word.

The Holy Bible is the Divinely Inspired Word of God. Here we listen to His Voice and enter into relationship with our Blessed Lord Jesus Christ. It is important to take time - even a few minutes each day - to read God's Word. Take some time to prayerfully meditate upon what you have read, and listen to God speak directly to your heart.

Today I would like to share with you another wonderful source of nourishment, an invaluable resource that should grace every Catholic home:

"The Catechism Explained"
An Exhaustive Explanation of the Catholic Religion. Rev. Francis Spirago/edited by Rev. Richard F. Clarke,S.J.Copyright 1899,1921 by Benziger Bros, NY. Tan Books & Publishers, Inc. Rockford, Illinois 61105.
"The Catechism Explained" is  a comprehensive guidebook of our Catholic Faith. It is my bible . . . after the Bible!

From the preface:
"This Catechism is in fact nothing more than a guidebook for the Christian on the road to heaven. First the goal of the traveler is indicated, and then the means whereby he is to reach his destination.”

WISDOM

Every Catholic subject you could possibly imagine is contained within this lovely book. It is informative and beautifully written. Though not elementary it's easy to understand (even for the beginner.) Within these pages you will find wisdom and beauty which can be applied to every aspect of life.

 For example:
"Friendship, like a building, must rest upon a solid foundation; and only when this foundation is the fear of God and the love of God, will the structure of friendship stand firm. If it is based on wrong or selfish motives, it is founded upon sand."
The text was originally written in 1899 which lends great charm - and yet it is still timely! Only the use of a few minor Church disciplines have changed. Some of the language is also different. One example is the use of the term "holy ghost.” I see my grandmother's face before me when I read words such as this and I find it endearing!

Some things have changed since this book was written and subsequently changed back again! For instance the beautiful words from scripture "Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof"  have been reinstated and are found in this book. I am reminded that the "new Mass" is truly not new, but Scriptural and Traditional . . .and therefore glorious!

Scripture is quoted and referenced as the foundation of all teachings throughout this manual. The beautiful teachings of Church fathers/saints are referred to as well, providing us with further support and enlightenment:
“The Bible” says St. Ephrem,” is like a trumpet that inspires courage into soldiers. It is like a lighthouse, which guides us to a safe haven, as we sail over the perilous sea of life.”

PERIL
Yes at times life can be perilous - and without God’s Love it is devoid of all meaning. We all need guidance as we make our way through the darkness of this culture where corruption, disorders and vice are not only accepted but  glorified, and forced upon us.Without the Holy Eucharist, prayer and God’s Word we are lost souls. Most of us are sore in need of the kind of wisdom and guidance that can be found in this good, practical manual.

This work embodies a wealth of information for the mind but more importantly for the heart and the soul. It is simply lovely and it will truly nourish your Faith. “The Catechism Explained,”  is a treasure for every Catholic. As we draw to a close I wish you God’s blessing and leave you with a line from the Old Testament which can be found on the title page:

“Take hold on instruction, leave it not; keep it, because it is thy life.”
                                        -Proverbs 4:13

Faith, Freedom and Fun!

New Catholic Blogger Hits the Airwaves!

Does anybody pray for you?

Whether you answered yes or no I have prayed for God’s blessing on all who read this. May the peace, enlightenment, salvation and healing that comes only from the Lord be upon you, amen!

My name is Deb and I'm new to blogging. It is a pleasure to be here  to express my Faith and to have fun with you in this forum! I look forward to learning, sharing and praying with and for you.

About Me:
*I'm an American Catholic who is loyal to the teaching magisterium of the Church. I have many concerns about the hedonistic times in which we live and the loss of religious freedom we are experiencing.
*My hope is to reach a few souls by providing information and inspiration.
*I try hard to live out the Faith in my daily walk. Being a mere human I have a long way to go . . . but with God’s Grace I keep on going and growing!
*I am grateful for my husband, family and friends. I love caring for our home but as my husband will testify: I’m not too big on cooking :::wink::::wink::::
*I strive to lead a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes I eat ice cream, LOL. I love to work in our Garden and I love to read REAL books.
*With a few small exceptions the brainwashing box we call a television disgusts me.
*There is a spiritual battle taking place and EACH ONE OF US participates in it daily. Not believing in it does not make it any less real - only more dangerous. This is why I strive to follow the instruction of Saint Paul in Ephesians 6:11-14 (NRSV):

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”

I would love to hear a little something about you! I invite you to click on "comments" below. I welcome prayer requests and I look forward to getting to know you a little too.

HR.6097: Religious Freedom Tax Repeal Act

The Sensenbrenner Religious Freedom Tax Repeal Act

HR.6097 is sponsored by Representative James Sensenbrenner Jr (R-WIS.) This bill would exempt employers from paying any penalty, tax or lawsuit if their health plan does not "provide coverage to which an employer objects on the basis of religious belief or moral conviction."

LETS BOMBARD THEM!
Please don't delay to call or write your local Representative and tell him/her to vote YES on Hr.6097.
Each and every one of us must persist in our efforts to fight the tyranny that is the HHS mandate. We must remain vigilant if we want "change" . . . for the better.
